ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the sale of products offered on the website stellalimitedcollection.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), operated under the name Stella Limited Collection.

Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the customer.


ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are artistic canvas prints, as well as objects and products inspired by the universe of Stella Versini, as presented on the Website.

The canvases sold are prints produced in multiple copies.
The canvases are not individually numbered.

Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, photographs, visuals, and descriptions displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

The seller reserves the right to modify, renew, or remove any product or collection at any time, without prior notice.

AUGMENTED REALITY (AR) EXPERIENCE

To ensure high-definition rendering and accurate visualization of our artworks in your space, the Augmented Reality experience is accessed via a dedicated interface.

A unique QR code provided with your artwork will prompt the automatic download of the optimized viewing application.

iOS Compatibility: Version 12.1 or later.

Android Compatibility: Version 7.0 or later (ARCore compatible device).
The seller shall not be held liable for any hardware incompatibility with the user's device.


ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Products are invoiced at the prices in effect on stellalimitedcollection.com at the time the order is registered, expressed in US Dollars including all taxes (or in the currency selected by the user during website navigation).

Prices may be modified at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.


ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY AREAS

Products are sold and delivered internationally, including Europe, the United States, and other countries.

Available delivery countries are displayed directly on the checkout page, depending on the delivery address provided by the customer.


ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS

Orders are placed directly on the Website.

Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms.

A confirmation email is sent to the customer once payment has been successfully processed.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or prior dispute.


ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately and is secured via the following methods:

- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Payment transactions are secured through the Website’s payment service providers.


ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Shipping fees

Any applicable shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process, once the customer enters their delivery address.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are:
7 to 10 business days for canvas prints, depending on the time of year.

Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on order volume, production periods, or carrier delays.


ARTICLE 8 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

Refusal to pay such charges or refusal of delivery resulting from them will not give rise to any refund.


ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or products with specific characteristics.

All confirmed orders are final and binding.


ARTICLE 10 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND VARIATIONS

The canvases sold are artistic prints.

Minor variations may occur between the visuals displayed on the Website and the delivered product, particularly regarding colors, contrasts, formats, or rendering, due to the printing process and the customer’s screen settings.

Such variations do not constitute a defect and cannot give rise to any claim, exchange, or refund.


ARTICLE 11 – RETURNS

Any return request must be made within 14 days of delivery by email to the following address: support@stellalimitedcollection.com 

No return will be accepted without prior approval from customer service.

After review of the request, the return address will be communicated to the customer by email if the return is authorized.

Any product returned without prior authorization or sent to an address not provided by customer service may be considered lost or untraceable and will not be eligible for any replacement or refund.

Please note that all returns are centralized at our warehouse located in France.

The costs and risks associated with the return are the responsibility of the sender, except in the case of a defective or damaged product upon delivery.

If the item is received damaged, the customer must contact us upon receipt with proof (photos). A replacement product will be sent at no additional cost, and no return of the damaged item will be required unless otherwise specified by customer service.


ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, images, visuals, artworks, and content available on the Website are the property of Stella Versini, who authorizes the website Stella Limited Collection to use them.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

The purchase of a product does not grant any transfer of intellectual property rights.


ARTICLE 13 – IMAGE AND IDENTITY

The use of the name, image, and identity of Stella Versini is strictly limited to the context of the Website.

Any commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.


ARTICLE 14 – LIABILITY

The seller shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Website or the purchase of products, including financial loss, loss of profit, or commercial damage.

The seller’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.


ARTICLE 15 – FORCE MAJEURE

The seller shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, logistical disruptions, customs blockages, pandemics, natural disasters, or carrier failures.


ARTICLE 16 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, and object to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including those in Europe and the United States.


ARTICLE 17 – CONTRACT LANGUAGE

Contractual information is provided in English.


ARTICLE 18 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, including for customers residing outside the European Union.
